• This necklace is my entry into the August EBW (Etsy Beadweavers) monthly challenge. The challenge was to create something that fit into the theme of ‘First Ladies of Style’. Although this is a bit different than my normal beadwork, i thought I would go ‘outside’ my normal comfort zone. What started as a completely different colors scheme and style, had ended up as this wonderful Native American Inspired Necklace. The hand carved bone focal point has 4 turtles climbing up from the grass.
