Can a stone be both shiny AND mysterious? Smokey quartz, of a darker variety, seems to offer both qualities together here in a stylish neck piece just perfect for the transition from summer into autumn, from lower necklines to collars.
Subtly graduated smokey quartz teardrops are strung on silver plated beading cable and then attached with sterling crimps to a lovely silver ring. A pair of larger smokey quartz beads secure this assembly to a sterling silver chain. The piece adjusts from 16" to 18" long, with a one inch drop in the front, center of the necklace. The piece closes with a sterling lobster claw clasp.
A collection of slightly rustic faceted peridot rondelles kept simple, clean and focused for anyone who loves this fresh, natural green. A necklace designed to transition from tank tops to collars, from summer into winter. Two lengths of peridot, slightly staggered in length, are strung on sterling plated beading cable and then attached to small sterling rings. Two links, each with a couple of smaller peridot embellishments, attach the sterling chains which terminate with a silver lobster claw and extension chain.
The necklace adjusts from 16 1/2" to almost 19" and a final pair of faceted peridot rondelles dangles from the chain.
Delicate yet bold, a transitional neck piece that can work with tank tops or peeking from between collars--moving from warm to cooler weather. Classic in white, finished in sterling silver, this lustrous pearl beauty adjusts from 19" to 21".
These keishi "petals" range from about 8 to 10mm long and have a wonderful sheen. They are strung on fine but strong sterling silver plated steel cable and attached to a triple loop sterling link. Tiny pearls mark the attachment of sterling chain, a sterling extension chain and lobster claw clasp. A final white pearl dangles from the end of the extension chain.
This collection of slightly rustic rondelles, all shaped from natural apatite-a stone that needs no dyes or enhancements-has subtle but rich variations in shades of teal and turquoise blues. A pair of faceted, but irregular larger stones, also of natural apatite, anchor the ends and link the lovely draped strands to sterling silver chains. Singular apatite rondelles embellish the links to the sterling extension chain and sterling lobster claw clasp-plus add a final dangle from the end of the chain.
The rondelles are strung on silver plated beading cable of the finest quality for excellent drape and the piece adjusts from 18" to 20 1/2". The lower strand hangs about 1" below in the front of the piece.
An excellent design to transition from tank tops and lower cut necklines into collars for autumn as the deep, vivid blues peek from beneath a casual or business top.
The WillOaks Studio signature pearl necklace kept simple and sweet with bright sterling silver wire wrapped pearls. These slightly baroque, not bright white, pearls are reminiscent of buds or blooms in different sizes, and are scattered along a dark ebony brown trio of waxed Irish linen strands. Satin finished sterling beads are scattered along with the pearls between knots. The linen strands terminate with two larger knots and is tightly bound to a sterling lobster clasp and extension chain with sterling silver wire.
With the adjustable chain, this piece can be worn between 17 3/4" and just over 19" long, and looks stunning with an open or lower neck line. Complete the look with a pair of coordinated pearl earrings, choosing from several listed here in the WillOaks Studio shop--if in doubt about the exact match--please convo me and I will either make sure the earring pearl color matches, or make a pair with matched pearls in a style that you prefer (I love to work with pearls--and you can see there are many variations on this theme here.)
Linen is one of the toughest, most durable natural fibers that's commonly and historically used for clothing. And Irish linen is some of the finest (and costliest) in the world.
Related to, but a different take on my keishi pearl cluster pieces, this sumptuous cluster of luminous white keishi pearls creates an elegant focal point, about 6" long, as three strands of pearls intertwine. The ends of this cluster meets two simple silver hoops. A double strand of fine sterling chain slips through the loops and ends in a sterling wrap and matte sterling bead which connects the chain to a sterling lobster claw and extension chain.
The piece adjusts from about 16 3/4" to 18 1/4 inches long and a tiny, wire wrapped organic keishi dangles from the end of the extension chain.
This original design can be dressed up or down and looks terrific with a tank top or under an open collar. Coordinates well with many of my pearl earrings (please convo me if you want a perfect earring match as there are many "colors" of white pearls.)
